Full Refund — No Links Created
If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not created any shortened links from your current billing cycle's quota, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Proportionate Refund — Partial Usage
If you have consumed a portion of your allocated link creation quota within the 14-day window, you may request a proportionate refund.
Refund Amount = (Unused Links ÷ Total Links) × Amount Paid
Example: $20 plan with 1,000 links, 200 used → remaining 800 links = ~$16.00 refund
